Go to app.postonce.com and sign in with:

  • Email and password (at least 8 characters),
  • Continue with Google, or
  • Continue with Apple.

Google and Apple sign-in with the same email as an existing account sign you in to that account.

Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, press Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your email and press Send reset link.
  3. Open the email “Reset your Post Once password” and follow the link within 1 hour.
  4. Choose a new password and press Reset password.

If the link says it is invalid or has expired, request a new one.

Disconnect a social account

  1. Open Bridge.
  2. On the account’s row, open the three-dot menu and choose Disconnect, then confirm.

Post Once stops reading from or posting to that account straight away. Keys you pasted for Backblaze B2 or Amazon S3 are deleted.

You can also remove Post Once’s access on the platform itself:

Platform Where
Google (YouTube and Drive) myaccount.google.com/permissions
Instagram Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites
Threads Settings, Account, Website permissions
Facebook Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations
Dropbox Settings, Connected apps
Backblaze B2 Delete the application key you made for Post Once
Amazon S3 or S3-compatible Delete the access key you made for Post Once

When you remove Post Once from Instagram, Threads or Facebook, Meta tells Post Once and it stops using that connection.

Delete your Post Once account

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete your account, your platform connections and their tokens, and your post details and publish history within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done. Files in your own backups stay in your storage, and reposts stay on each platform.

If you are on a paid plan, cancel it first on the Billing page. See change or cancel your plan. What Post Once stores and why is in the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

I signed up with Google. Can I add a password?

Yes. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page with your Google email. Setting a password adds email sign-in to the same account.

Does disconnecting delete my reposts?

No. Posts already reposted stay on each platform. Disconnecting only stops new reposts to or from that account.

Can I change my email address?

Not in the app yet. Email us from your current address and we will help.
