How does the free plan work?
You get 10 reposts and 10 backups with every feature switched on. No card, no watermark and no delay. They do not reset each month, so take your time and watch it work on your own posts before you pay.
What counts as a repost?
One new post on your source account counts as one repost, however many accounts it goes out to. It only counts once at least one of them has it. Here is how cross posting works.
What is a source account?
The account you keep posting on as usual, like your Instagram. Post Once picks up each new post there and reposts it to the accounts you choose. In the app, a source and its destinations make a bridge. Free and Solo cover 1 source, Studio covers 3 and Agency as many as you need.
What happens when my free reposts run out?
New posts still show up on your dashboard, marked as not posted. Upgrade and you can repost any of them with one click. Nothing goes out on its own in a sudden burst.
Where do backups go?
To your own Google Drive, Dropbox, Backblaze B2 or Amazon S3, with the caption saved beside each post. Free and Solo back up your first 10 posts, Studio and Agency back up every post. The files sit in your own storage, so any storage cost is between you and that provider.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, any time from Billing in the app. Move up, down, or between monthly and yearly. When you cancel, your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
What is your refund policy?
Your first payment on any paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] within 30 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. After that we do not refund partial periods, unless the law where you live requires it.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, and a yearly plan costs the same as 10 months.
