Post OnceRepost to LinkedIn
Post Once posts each new video and photo post, up to 20 photos, to your personal LinkedIn profile, publicly and with your caption. LinkedIn takes long videos up to 30 minutes. LinkedIn access ends after 60 days, so you reconnect it every two months.
Connect LinkedIn
- Pick LinkedIn under Where else should it land? when you sign up, or press Connect next to LinkedIn on the Bridge page.
- Sign in with LinkedIn and allow access.
- You come back to Post Once.
What LinkedIn gets
- Videos, short or long, from 3 seconds to 30 minutes and up to 500 MB. Landscape videos are fine here. See long videos.
- Photos and carousels, up to 20 photos in one post.
- Not Stories.
Posts are public, on your personal profile.
Caption
Your caption goes with the post, up to LinkedIn’s 3,000 characters, and hashtags in it become LinkedIn hashtags.
Keep LinkedIn connected
LinkedIn access lasts 60 days and cannot be renewed in the background. Five days before it ends:
- you get an email, “Reconnect LinkedIn within 5 days to keep posting”,
- the LinkedIn row on the Bridge page says “Access ends … Reconnect before then to keep posting here.” with a Reconnect link.
Press Reconnect and sign in again. If access has already ended, posts skip LinkedIn until you do. See reconnect an account.
Daily limit
Post Once sends at most 25 posts per LinkedIn profile per day.

Why do I have to reconnect LinkedIn?
LinkedIn gives apps like Post Once access for 60 days and does not let them renew it. Post Once emails you 5 days before it runs out, and the LinkedIn row shows a Reconnect link. Reconnecting takes one sign-in.
Who can see the reposts?
Anyone. Posts go to your profile feed as public posts.
