Repost from a Facebook Page
Post Once picks up each new video, Reel, photo, album and Story from a Facebook Page and reposts it to your other accounts. It reads Pages only, not personal profiles, and you choose the Page after signing in with Facebook.
Connect your Page
- Pick Facebook under Where do you post first? when you sign up, or press Connect as source next to Facebook on the Bridge page.
- Sign in with Facebook. In Facebook’s permissions dialog, make sure the Page you post on is selected.
- Back in Post Once, choose the Page in the Repost from Page list on the Facebook row. If you manage only one Page, it is picked for you.
Post Once cannot see your posts until a Page is chosen. If it says “No Pages found. Reconnect Facebook and select a Page in the permissions dialog.”, connect again and tick the Page. More fixes are in Instagram and Facebook connection errors.
What Post Once picks up from your Page
- Videos and Reels. Videos over 3 minutes, or landscape ones, only go to destinations that take long videos. See long videos.
- Photos and albums. A photo album reposts as a carousel where the destination takes one.
- Page Stories, for destinations with Repost Stories here switched on. See Stories.
The post text goes with each repost. Its first line, up to 100 characters, becomes the title where a destination needs one, such as YouTube.
Only posts published after you connect are reposted on their own. Older ones are listed in Your posts to send by hand.
