# Instagram and Facebook connection errors

> Instagram connects only as a Business or Creator account, and Facebook only through a Page you manage that is ticked in Facebook's permissions dialog. Most connection errors come from one of those two. Switch the Instagram account type, or reconnect Facebook and select the Page, then connect again.

## "Post Once needs a professional Instagram account"

Instagram only lets apps work with professional accounts. The full message is:

> Post Once needs a professional Instagram account. In the Instagram app open Settings, tap "Account type and tools", switch to a Business or Creator account, then connect again.

1. In the Instagram app, open your profile, then Settings.
2. Tap **Account type and tools** and switch to a professional account. Pick **Creator** or **Business**.
3. Come back to Post Once and connect Instagram again.

To repost Stories to Instagram, choose Business: Instagram does not let apps post Stories to Creator accounts.

## The wrong Instagram account connected

Instagram's sign-in page asks which account to use each time you connect. If the wrong one connected, open the three-dot menu on its row, choose **Disconnect**, then connect again and pick the right account.

## "No Pages found"

The full message is "No Pages found. Reconnect Facebook and select a Page in the permissions dialog." Facebook only shares the Pages you tick when you sign in.

1. On the Bridge page, open the three-dot menu on the Facebook row and choose **Disconnect**, or press **Connect** again.
2. Sign in with Facebook. When it asks which Pages Post Once can use, tick your Page.
3. Back in Post Once, choose it in the **Repost from Page** or **Post to Page** list.

The Page must be one you manage. Post Once cannot use personal profiles.

## "Facebook did not grant access to this Page"

The Page was not ticked, or was unticked later in Facebook's settings. Reconnect Facebook and tick the Page in the permissions dialog.

## "No Facebook Page chosen"

Facebook is connected but no Page is picked yet. Choose one in the Page list on the Facebook row.
